Hi Octane

"High Octane" is an a cappella group which came into being at ACS's 80th birthday party y and which has since performed at a number of community events to raise money for charity. The group enjoy singing a variety of musical styles, and have performed at a number of community events.

Since getting together they have sung at community parties, care homes, Bucks County Show dinner and Halton Fete. As well as performing they like to encourage audience participation by singing well known songs.

Their first concert was held last summer – an occasion for families and friends to get together for a picnic.  A video of the evnt can be seen by pressing here:

Their latest venture is a night of music from the 1920's and 1930's, to be held at the Methodist church Community Hall, on  25th April 2015at 7.30pm. The audience will sit around tables and can enjoy a soft drink and nibbles whilst we sing, with tea and cakes at the interval too.

The group are raising money for the Karibuni Trust, a Charity whose aim is to raise awareness about the plight of children living on the streets and in the slums in areas of urban and rural poverty in Kenya, and to raise money to support projects to meet their needs. Their website is
